I am grateful to a brave workshop participant Elaine Lau, 32 who attended my workshop called ‘Sexual Self Discovery’ and came forward with her story.

She did so because she wanted to help encourage women to embrace their sexuality and be comfortable with their bodies. It was published in this month’s issue of Simply Her.
