FREE Workshops for Those Above 50s

Council for Third Age and Eros Coaching are proud to present three workshops designed for senior males, females and couples above 50s. Singaporeans, permanent residents and expatriates are welcomed.

Sessions/ Time:  

  • 9:30 – 11:30a.m. – Sexually Healthy Woman Beyond 50s
  • 1 – 3p.m. – Sexuality Healthy Men Beyond 50s
  • 3:30 – 5:30p.m. – Conscious Connecting for Couples

Capacity: 20 pax per session

Venue: SMU, Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Level 3, Classroom 3.1

Sexually Healthy Woman Beyond 50s (for Senior Women)

Tues 6 March, 9:30a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

This workshop aims to acknowledge the physical changes that happen to a woman as she goes through old age symptoms like perimenopause and menopause, and to educate her on what she can do if she would like to continue having physical intimacy with her spouse. Participants will also learn breathing techniques and exercises to stay sexually healthy.

Sexually Healthy Man Beyond 50s (for Senior Men)
Tues 6 March, 1p.m. – 3p.m.

This workshop aims to acknowledge the physical changes that happen to a man as he goes through old age symptoms likeandropause, and to educate him on what he can do if he is experiencing sexual dysfunctional problems. Participants will also learn breathing techniques and exercises to stay sexually healthy.

Conscious Connecting for Couples (for Senior Couples)
Tues 6 March, 3:30p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

This workshop seeks to educate senior couples on the importance of communicating honestly with each other as their bodies go through physiological changes. How exactly can seniors connect intimately with their partners? This clothes-on workshop explores the four different types of touch: Giving, Receiving, Absorbing, Allowing. Understanding and practising these distinctions will change the way seniors experience touch and shift their personal relationships fundamentally.
