Week 15 of 52 LSE – Are You Fit?

Welcome to Love, Sex, and Everything in Between! My name is Martha. I am a sexologist and I am playing Queen of the Jungle.

So, what’s the message for you this week?

Are you fit? We have Good Friday this Friday, and we have a long weekend, so a lot of people tend to become the weekend warrior and start exercising a lot.

What a lot of people tend to do is stick to one form of fitness. However, there are actually four different kinds of physical fitness. The first one is cardio training, which involves the heart, then we have strength training, we have endurance, and then we have flexibility. So actually there are many different forms of fitness that people could engage in so that they can make sure that they are healthy.

My challenge for you this week is you engage in some form of fitness that makes you feel stronger. By that, I mean weightlifting, or perhaps even looking into taking some form of personal defense class. So, get fit.
