“It is one of the most reflective and amazing workshop I’ve ever attended! At the first segment, I need to talk about my childhood experiences with my Body. At the second segment, I need to look right in front of the mirror, to body talk about each part of my body! By doing so, it helps me realise that How I see n regard my body is Very much related to my childhood experiences! I used to be very plump as a child, now that I’ve lost weight as an adult, I still see myself as fat n ugly. It makes me realise how much I’ve been judging my body and looking down on myself due to the concept of how I think/ believe I should look as a woman!
