If not really, do you wish you did?
First coined by the Austrian neurologist and psychoanalyst Paul Schilder, body image refers to a person’s feelings of the aesthetics or sexual attractiveness of their own body, which may be forced onto them by others or social media.
As we go through the different life stages, our body changes, so can our self image. Our relationship with our body is a changing one, and one which we should have a good one with. We probably all know that developing a positive body image and a healthy mental attitude is crucial to our happiness and wellness.
The age-old question is how?
This workshop will:
2) Explore and discuss the personal relationship we have our bodies.
3) Bring you through deep exercises guiding you to more self-acceptance, appreciation and self-love of your body.
Besides coming with an open mind, and soft heart, you are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes that make you feel relaxed. Also, bring a friend – it’s more fun!

About the Facilitator
