1) The Art of Conscious Connecting (Fri 17 Nov, 6:45 – 10p.m.)
This clothes-on workshop explores the four different types of touch: Giving, Receiving, Absorbing, Allowing based on the Wheel of Consent by Betty Martin. Understanding and practising these distinctions will change the way you experience touch and shift your personal, and even professional life fundamentally.This workshop is not about sexual touch, but what your touch is saying about you. This is a fantastic workshop will reveal much about who you are as a person, what touch you prefer, as well as help you to improve your communication in and outside of the bedroom. Testimonials here.

4) New Moon Ritual (Sat 18 Nov, 7:30 – 9:30p.m.)
In this New Moon in Sagittarius, a flicker of hope in the darkness is being ignited. With new vision and hope in our hearts, she inspires us to come together to organize and bring forth our voices, talents, skills, wisdom, kindness, and compassion to rebuild and restructure what has gotten undeniably out of balance.
This New Moon provides the perfect opportunity for reflecting upon what your lesson has been in the previous month(s) as well as attuning to the astrological transits and seasonal events approaching in the coming month, and how best to make the most of those opportunities for growth and healing of past patterns.
We will be facilitating a ritual to release of negative memories, emotions and experiences in your life so that you can purge what doesn’t serve you anymore. During this new moon phase, take time for yourself to plan and seed your intentions.

Who are these workshops for? The curious and the brave of all sexualities and genders
I don’t have a partner to come with. You can and should definitely attend these workshop even if you don’t have a partner right now (or don’t have anybody to come with). These workshops are focused on teaching sexual techniques using sexual aids. If you do come with your partner, you can enjoy learning together!
Will there be touch or nudity? No, we will be using sexual aids i.e. carrot or toy. There is no touch even between partners.
Ratio of discussion to experiential? About 50/50 percent.
What should I bring? A wrap or sweater in case it gets cool. A water bottle is advisable. Tea, coffee and light snacks will be provided.
What should I wear? Please come loose-fitting comfortable clothes. We will be doing practices involving movement and sitting on the floor.

About Dr. Martha Tara Lee
Surrounded by friends who were sexually inhibited and struck by dire lack of positive conversations around sex and sexuality in Singapore, Dr. Martha Tara Lee set out to make a positive difference in embarking on her doctorate in human sexuality before launching Eros Coaching in 2009. Today, she remains dedicated to working with individuals and couples who wish to lead self-actualised and pleasure-filled lives.
She also holds certificates in counselling, coaching and sex therapy, and has most recently completed her fourth degree – a Masters in Counselling. In practice for more than seven years, she is the only certified sexuality educator by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) in Southeast Asia.
Often cited in the local media, Dr. Lee is the appointed sex expert for Men’s Health Singapore, and Men’s Health Malaysia. She was recognised as one of ‘Top 50 Inspiring Women Under 40′ by Her World in July 2010, and one of ‘Top 100 Inspiring Women’ by CozyCot in March 2011. She is the host of weekly radio show Eros Evolution on the OMTimes Radio Network. She has published three books: Love, Sex and Everything In-Between, Orgasmic Yoga and From Princess to Queen.
Martha works with individuals and couples in private coaching sessions, and conducts her own workshops. She takes prides in making sure all her workshops are also fun, educational, and sex-positive. This comes easily to her because even though she is extremely dedicated and serious about her work, she fundamentally believes that sex is meant to be fun, wonderful, amazing and sacred.
