Nithya Priyan brings together over six years of experience in meditation, yoga and the healing arts from diverse disciplines from East and West into a coherent teaching focusing on mindfulness and self enquiry. He has battled depression, addiction and hopelessness since an early age before his radical change in 2008 when he was introduced to the practice of Vipassana meditation while travelling in India. Without the aid of modern psychiatric therapy or drugs, he cured himself of his bipolar disorder and was declared to be in full mental health by his astonished psychiatrist in 2011. His life is now one of adventure, wonder and fulfilment, a living testament to the hidden potential in each of us. Life starts when you begin to free yourself of negative patterns and reconnect yourself to the source of all things.

Founder of Eros Coaching, Dr. Martha Tara Lee is the only Clinical Sexologist in Singapore who has a doctorate in human sexuality. Often cited in the local media, Dr. Lee is the appointed sex expert for Men’s Health Singapore, Men’s Health Malaysia, Durex Singapore Facebook page as well as Durex Malaysia Facebook page.
