Why is being Sexually Awakened Important?

We come from sex. The life force energy we have running through us is connected to our sexuality. This primal energy is a big source of our power and well-being. When we are sexually awakened, everything around us looks different, more vibrant, and simply alive!

What is Sexually {A} Workshop About?

This one-day workshop covers the fundamentals of what any sexual being should know. We will touch on four big areas of being an awakened sexual being. They are:

• Body: You can return to your body and reconnect with your core. I will be teaching you simple exercises which you can incorporate into your daily routine so that they become part of your sexual practice.
• Mind: We know the way we think about sex and sexuality affects our experiences. I will be providing a list of questions to trigger your thoughts, beliefs and attitudes around sex and sexuality.
• Heart: We are in relationship with others and also with ourselves. What is the state of your relationships, and how can you use them to awaken your sexuality?
• Spirit: Is there a link with sex and spirituality? Regardless of our religion and spiritual beliefs, how can you begin to use spiritual practice to aid in your sexual awakening?

About the Trainer
