Week 32 of 52 LSE – Relaxing Breath

Welcome to Love, Sex, and Everything in Between! My name is Martha. I’m a sexologist and I’m playing Queen of the Jungle.

The theme of this month is Solitude. How do you breathe when you’re tired? When you want to let go of stress? You just need to relax.

In Relaxing Breath, is the reverse of Charging Breath. What you do is you do the opposite where your inhalation is shorter than your exhalation. You are taking longer time in your exhalation so it’s a little bit like a sigh and this is kind of how people breathe when they’re feeling stressed.

Keep breathing. This week, your challenge is to keep bringing your attention back to your breath and last month, you learned about charging breath.

This month, focus on doing a combination of Charging and Relaxing breath and see what is it your body needs. In the meantime, keep breathing. Let me know how it goes!
