Welcome to Love, Sex, and Everything in Between! My name is Martha and I am a sexologist and I am going to be playing the Discipline Mistress.

This is your last quarterly check in for 2014, and welcome 2015! Just three more days!

Have you taken the time to reflect on the things that you have done well in this year, the things that you could have done better, and the things that you are looking forward to achieving in 2015? Besides things, how about places and events, and people that you have much, much to be grateful for?

I have an assignment for you and it is to come up with a vision board. So in a form of a visual representation, whether it’s on a piece of paper, on an actual board, look through magazines or get pictures from the Internet, just cut it all up, and then put all that you are looking forward to on this board.

It could be places that you are looking forward to visiting, people that you love that you want to have more of in your life next year, it could be events, promotion, symbols and reminders and signs to actually help anchor all the things that you are looking forward to in 2015.

Your assignment: Do a vision board.
