I love it! I don’t consider it a job it’s my passion. It’s my company and I have grown it from 0 to NASDAQ listing in 3 years and from 1 person to 25 people and every year we have record years. I love seeing what I do make a difference to someone. If we do it directly through my company Black Marketing – Enabling LinkedIn For You, if they read my No.1 International Best Selling Book about LinkedIn, if they come to one of my LinkedIn talks, if they read one of my blogs on LinkedIn and it makes a difference to their professional lives i gives me a fantastic sense of achievement.

I sleep 4-5 hours a night and work every other hour! I love it so it’s not work. I ensure I am fit and focused by cycling to/from work and doing weights at the gym to keep me energised. I am also a strong believer that a healthy sex life is a direct link to happiness in work and and in your personal life, it enables me to focus.

Enjoy your life, enjoy sex, be yourself, have fun, you never regret what you did, you always regret what you didn’t, go for it and remember it’s not what you know it’s who you know that counts!
