How many times have you heard that sex is not just sex?

This is for you if:

  • You find it difficult to move on with your life after the end of a significant relationship
  • You like greater ease in letting go of your past sexual relationships
  • You appreciate some support in beginning the process of ending a chapter in your life mindfully

We give so much of ourselves during sex – opening our hearts and body, exposing our soul, leaving us vulnerable. The end of a significant relationship may leave some of us feel remorseful and unsettled. We need to leave the relationship emotionally, and come back to ourselves – taking back the power we didn’t realise we gave away along the way.

For those who had sex they regretted having

We probably know of people who think of sex as just a physical activity – much like an exercise, or even a sport. Perhaps we, ourselves, are guilty of having reduced sex – choosing to separate our heart from body, and having sex devoid of emotions. In mixing our energies with another unconsciously, we wish we chose differently because deep down, we recognise that sex is sacred – and spiritual. There is no need to wallow in shame, guilt and pain. Heal and let go.
For those who wouldn’t do it for themselves
You know you’ve healed and cleared a lot of the emotional debris from your past relationships. You might have sought and received counseling and emotional support. This below ritual sounds appealing to you, and you want to come because you probably won’t have the discipline to do it for yourself.
Come into circle, and let’s do some closure together.

What we will do

This two-hour session will take you through three processes:
  1. Journaling your reflections about each of your past sexual partners
  2. Letting them go through a fire ritual
  3. Anchoring with reflection and gratitude

In signing up for this workshop, you agree that:

  • This is not a venting session.
  • No advice will be given nor should be expected.
  • Loving support will be provided, but this is not a replacement for counselling or therapy.
  • Everything will be held in the highest integrity and confidentiality.
