Your 40s can feel like uncharted territory—your body is changing, your priorities are shifting, and suddenly, the tools that used to work no longer fit.
Do any of these sound familiar?
- “Why am I gaining weight even though I eat the same?”
- “What’s going on with my skin, hair, or sex drive?”
- “How do I manage these mood swings or hot flashes without losing my mind?”
Fab 40s is for women who are ready to stop silently struggling and start confidently navigating this next chapter—with support, knowledge, and joy.
This is an empowering, interactive afternoon created by three women in our 40s—and we’re living proof that this decade can be one of growth, strength, sexiness, and wholeness. Whether you’re experiencing perimenopause, juggling multiple roles, feeling disconnected from your body or libido—or just want to feel more you again—this event is for you.
You’ll leave with:
✔️ Practical tools to feel stronger, lighter, and more energized
✔️ Permission to own your changing body, sexuality, and needs
✔️ Easy self-care practices that actually work in real life
✔️ A renewed sense of connection—with yourself and others
Partners are welcome—because these shifts impact relationships too. And when your loved ones learn alongside you, the support becomes even more powerful.
🧭 This event is for you if:
- You’re a woman in your 40s (or approaching it) and feel like your body or emotions are changing in ways you don’t fully understand
- You want expert guidance in a relaxed, non-judgmental space
- You’re curious about how to support your hormones, sensuality, and mood without burning out
- You’re tired of faking it—emotionally, mentally, or sexually—and ready to thrive instead
❓Ask yourself:
- Am I finally ready to stop ignoring what my body is telling me?
- Do I want to reconnect with my confidence, vitality, and sensuality?
- What would change if I stopped doing this alone?
If you felt a yes, even a whisper—this event is for you.
