The situation around Covid-19 has given us the opportunity to examine our relationships whether we are living together or apart. We invite you for an introduction to discover how you can strengthen your connection through tantric practices during these times of pandemic.
Experienced tantra teacher Jon Gosling and Relationship Counselor & Clinical Sexologist Dr. Martha Tara Lee have teamed up to share what is tantra, the principles of tantra, and how couples can explore tantra to enhance their relationship even when if they are social distancing. Let this session open up your minds and hearts to tantra!
This is a coupled workshop – this means you are signing up as a couple (whether social distancing, long distance couple or attending physically alongside each other). You can choose to attend this with a friend, but we won’t be playing matchmaker and undertaking finding a partner for you. No pre-requisite requirements.

Take away at least 2 couple practices you can start enjoying right away!
For each of the sessions, we will teach different tantric practices making it a total of six (6) practices. You’re welcome to attend one or two of the sessions.

Through using Zoom, you can always choose to “change name”; turn video on/ off and/ or mute yourself. You can also private message the presenters your questions and are welcomed to participate to the level you feel comfortable with. The recording will be made available to all participants, and will be used as a future online offering.
We are inviting you to pay for these sessions on a “Pay from the Heart” basis. We feel this best honours the current economic situation and the spirit of inclusion that we wish for these sessions.
Simply, put, “Pay from the Heart” means that you check with your heart and choose to pay the amount that feels right to you. We want you to feel good about your relationship to what you receive from your sessions and what you give us to sustain and show appreciation to us.

Jon Gosling is a certified tantra massage practitioner and tantra teacher, a trained sexologist, somatic educator, certified energy healer and a workshop facilitator and coach with over 30 years’ experience. He is passionate about helping people to connect with themselves through the body and their energy rather than experiencing primarily through the conditioned mind. He is co-founder of Sacred Light Tantra, Sacred Light Community and The Pathways Studio, Manchester, UK and also a member of the teaching faculty at The Paths of Transformation and have taught across Europe. He teaches a yearlong programme of Transformational Tantra Massage, together with Elara, for those that want to expand their massage skills and pleasure and also those who would like to practice professionally.
Surrounded by friends who were sexually inhibited and struck by dire lack of positive conversations around sex and sexuality in Singapore, Dr. Martha Tara Lee set out to make a positive difference in embarking on her doctorate in human sexuality before launching Eros Coaching in 2009. Today, she remains dedicated to working with individuals and couples who wish to lead self-actualised and pleasure-filled lives.
She also holds certificates in counselling, coaching and sex therapy, and her fourth degree – a Masters in Counselling in May 2018. In practice for more than 10 years, she is the only certified sexuality educator and certified sexuality educator supervisor by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) in Singapore.
Often cited in the local media, Dr. Lee is the appointed sex expert for Men’s Health Singapore, and Men’s Health Malaysia. She was recognised as one of ‘Top 50 Inspiring Women Under 40′ by Her World in July 2010, and one of ‘Top 100 Inspiring Women’ by CozyCot in March 2011. She has published four books: Love, Sex and Everything In-Between, Orgasmic Yoga, From Princess to Queen and {Un}Inhibited.
Martha works with individuals and couples in private coaching sessions, and conducts her own workshops. She takes prides in making sure all her workshops are also fun, educational, and sex-positive. This comes easily to her because even though she is extremely dedicated and serious about her work, she fundamentally believes that sex is meant to be fun, wonderful, amazing and sacred.
