Week 2 of 52: Do You Listen to Your Body?

Welcome to Love, Sex, and Everything In-Between! My name is Martha. I’m a sexologist, and I am playing Queen of the Jungle. The theme of this month is Patience. Do you listen to your body?

Do you listen to when it is time to sleep? Do you listen to what your body needs when you wake up?  When you wake up in the morning, what is one action that you can take to make sure the day starts off in a positive way? What is one action you can take before going to sleep to ensure that you have a great rest?

The challenge this week is to keep a food journal. Just do it for a few days if doing it for one week is too hard. By keeping track of what you are putting into your body, you can become more aware of the types of food your body likes and then do the necessary adjustments.

Remember, it is important that you listen to your bodies because it’s the only one you have!
