Week 21 of 52 LSE – What’s Your Thing?

Welcome to Love, Sex, and Everything in Between! My name is Martha and I am a sexologist and I am playing your Fairy God Sister. So, what message do I have for you this week?

So the question this week is: What’s your thing?

I have a routine of exercising every day for thirty minutes. I also have a ritual for going for my facial every couple of weeks, maybe every three weeks. So when I have my appointment, I go there early. I have my meal. I wait for my appointment. I have my appointment, and then I take the rest of the day easy while my skin is recovering, and that’s my thing of taking care of myself and making a ceremony of the whole thing. So I am just really enjoying not just the facial, which I don’t really enjoy, but the whole experience around the facial.

So when it comes to pleasure: What’s your thing? Is it the music you listen to? Is it the clothes you wear? Is it the food you eat? Is it – has anything to do with maybe the smell? So what actually is your thing? How much do you really know about yourself and what you enjoy? So is it possible to move from that good enough survival to really nourishing and taking care of yourself so there’s an overflowing of abundance?

So this week, the question is what’s your thing? What’s your routine? What’s your ritual?
