Week 9 of 52 LSE – What Do You Think Most About?

Posted On: March 2, 2014

Welcome to Love, Sex, and Everything In-Between! My name is Martha. I’m a sexologist, and I am playing Princess Know-It-All.

The theme of this month is Joy. What do you spend most of your time thinking about? Do you focus on bad news because that’s what’s coming your way all the time or are you focusing on what you do want to achieve in life and you are focusing on being positive and happy?

There’s a saying, you are what you eat, and whatever we consume comes out in our output and also shows in our skin and our being. So what is it that you are feeding your brain with and what is coming out in your thoughts?

So I want you to start noticing the way you think and what occupies your mind most of the time. So the challenge for you this week is to cut down your usage of access to the media. And by that, I mean access to the kind of media that is generally negative, that maybe makes you agitated or maybe gets your blood boiling. I want you to cut down your usage of access to the news this week and notice how you begin to feel.
