In this virtual one-hour talk, we will explore the powerful effects of gratitude in the workplace and how fostering a culture of appreciation can lead to better performance and well-being. Learn how expressing gratitude enhances relationships, increases motivation, and creates a more positive work environment. We’ll cover practical strategies for showing appreciation to colleagues, and how you can incorporate gratitude into your daily routine to foster connection and enhance team dynamics.
I’m offering these lunchtime talks for free because I’ve seen the struggles of individuals, especially clients who have difficulty attending evening events due to family, work, and other commitments. I believe in making personal and professional growth accessible to everyone, regardless of their busy schedules. These lunchtime sessions are my way of giving back to the community. I’m also seeking sponsors who share these values and are committed to positively impacting people’s lives.
This is a free virtual talk lasting one hour. The recording will be available for 30 days to those who pre-register. Afterward, the recording will be available for purchase, and the slides will not be downloadable or for sale. Those wishing to receive AASECT CE credits can pay for them. You can type into the chat box during the session, and we will mute everyone except during the Q&A session, time permitting. Feel free to turn your video on or off.
