Intimate communication is an art. When we first met our beloved, we were anxious to learn everything we can about them. It was all new and interesting getting to know this person. We probably also had strong sexual chemistry together! As time went on, the chemistry cooled down, the romance subsided, and we returned to our daily lives. This is when the initial intimate connection waned.

Do you find yourselves caught in having the same conversations – or even fights? Would you like positive outcomes when you sit down and talk to your partner? How about just getting better and stronger in your communication with your beloved? Bring the energy back into your intimate relationship with the support of Clinical Sexologist and Relationship Coach Dr. Martha Tara Lee.

You will:

• Create a safe place in your relationship for expressing feelings and needs
• Practise articulating your fears, and desires
• Listen more deeply
• Feel heard
• Express appreciation
• Deepen intimacy

Learn new relationship skills, and have time to practice them with your partner.

As this is a partnered workshop, you will be required to sign up and show up as a pair (with your partner/ a friend). At times coming with a non-intimate partner is a good idea as it will otherwise be too triggering. No practice partners will be provided.

Please bring one yoga mat/ towel/ sarong per couple as we will be sitting on the carpet.

About the Facilitator

Founder of Eros Coaching, Dr. Martha Tara Lee is the first Clinical Sexologist in Singapore who has a doctorate in human sexuality. Often cited in the local media, Dr. Lee is the appointed sex expert for Men’s Health Singapore, and Men’s Health Malaysia. She was recognised as one of ‘Top 50 Inspiring Women Under 40′ by Her World in July 2010, and one of ‘Top 100 Inspiring Women’ by CozyCot in March 2011.
