LoveReturning for the 2nd time, ReBuild is a transformative virtual getaway to redefine key areas of your life and make 2022 the life you deserve.

Be guided by Relationship Counselor & Clinical Sexologist Dr Martha Tara Lee as she supports you to feel more fulfilled and connect with your potential.

In each session, there will be guided meditation, reflective exercises, small group sharing as well as big group sharing.

Areas of our life we will delve into are: Love, Relationship and Sex/ Sexuality.

Love: What is love? How did we first come to learn about love? We will explore our first love relationships – that with our parents and caregivers. What has worked to support us to be the persons we are? What hasn’t? Let’s begin to heal and move onto a healthy view of love and relating.

Please come with an open mind. Do come prepared with your own paper and pen as there will be reflective journaling for each.

All sharing and emotions are welcomed. You can choose to participate to the level you feel comfortable with.

P.S .This is not replacement for psychotherapy or intensive counseling.

More questions?

  1. Who are these workshops for? – For those wish to have a better relationship with themselves and others.
  2. Can I attend this by myself? – Absolutely! You also have the option to attend with a friend! It’s also fun to learn together!
  3. Can my partner attend this with me? – Yes! We are pro choice. One ticket per person please!
  4. But… I’m shy! – Don’t worry. You will never be forced to do or say anything during the virtual workshop. Many participants in the past have chosen to just sit and learn without saying a word. We respect individual choice.
  5. What about confidentiality? – You can choose to keep your video and audio off for the entire duration. You can private message the presenter Dr Martha so your name will not be mentioned. You can also “rename” yourself on Zoom. If you speak during the workshop, your voice will however be recorded. We will review all this at the start of the workshop.
  6. Will there be nudity? – No.
  7. Will there be touch? – No.
  8. Ratio of discussion to experiential? – About 50/50 percent.
  9. What should I bring? – Pen and paper for your own note-taking.
  10. What should I wear? – Whatever you like but no nudity is allowed.
  11. What is your refund policy? – Please note that no refunds are possible once you have paid and cannot make it for the workshop. Replacement allowed.
  12. I am a media member. Can I attend? – We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our participants and will never allow any interview or photography. Do check out our media policy.
  13. Why are you locking latecomers out? – To provide the best workshop experience, it is unfair to those who show up on time to have the presenter keep repeating what had already been covered. Please be on time, and attend the entire workshop out of respect to other participants.

About by Dr. Martha Tara Lee

Surrounded by friends who were sexually inhibited and struck by dire lack of positive conversations around sex and sexuality in Singapore, Dr. Martha Tara Lee set out to make a positive difference in embarking on her doctorate in human sexuality before launching Eros Coaching in 2009. Today, she remains dedicated to working with individuals and couples who wish to lead self-actualised and pleasure-filled lives.

She also holds certificates in counselling, coaching and sex therapy, and her fourth degree – a Masters in Counselling in May 2018. In practice for more than 12 years, she is the only certified sexuality educator and certified sexuality educator supervisor by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) in Singapore.

Often cited in the media, Dr. Lee is the appointed Resident Sexologist for PinkLifestyle.com; as well as Clinical Sexologist for Singapore Cancer Society. She was recognised as one of ‘Top 50 Inspiring Women Under 40′ by Her World in July 2010, and one of ‘Top 100 Inspiring Women’ by CozyCot in March 2011. She has published four books: Love, Sex and Everything In-BetweenOrgasmic YogaFrom Princess to Queen and {Un}Inhibited.

Martha works with individuals and couples in private coaching sessions, and conducts her own workshops. She takes prides in making sure all her workshops are also fun, educational, and sex-positive. This comes easily to her because even though she is extremely dedicated and serious about her work, she fundamentally believes that sex is meant to be fun, wonderful, amazing and sacred. As such, this serious light-heartedness has shone through again and again. For her full profile, click here. Email her here.
