Reclaiming Desire is a small, women-only support group for those who are done forcing it — and ready to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.

This is not about “trying harder.”
Not about performing.
Not about being told to spice things up.

It’s about slowing down enough to notice your patterns, rebuild inner safety, and create the conditions where desire can return — in a way that feels honest, not pressured.

Facilitated by Dr. Martha Tara Lee, Relationship Counselor & Clinical Sexologist, Reclaiming Desire offers a structured, compassionate space to reflect, learn, and reconnect — with no expectation to overshare and no “lecture-style” vibe.

Who this is for

  • Women who feel their desire has dropped, changed, or become confusing
  • Women who feel tired, stressed, pressured, disconnected, resentful, or “numb”
  • Women who are navigating mental load, caregiving, parenting, or constant responsibility
  • Women who want practical clarity, emotional steadiness, and healthier boundaries
  • Women who want a supportive space that is thoughtful, structured, and trauma-aware

This group is women-only by design, to support safety, honesty, and depth of work.

What this is and isn’t

  • Is a guided, therapist-facilitated support group
  • Is skills-based, reflective, and grounded in clinical practice
  • Includes short teaching segments + guided reflection + optional sharing
  • Focused on emotional safety, clarity, and forward movement
  • Not therapy
  • Not a “fix your libido” bootcamp
  • Not a sharing free-for-all
  • Not a couples-only program

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. Is this therapy?
No. Reclaiming Desire is a therapist-facilitated support group with teaching, reflection, and optional sharing. It is not a replacement for 1:1 therapy.

Q2. Is there a recording or replay?
No recording and no replay, to protect confidentiality and group safety. Screenshots/screen recording are not allowed. You will still receive all PDFs and worksheets.

Q3. What if I miss a session?
There are no make-up sessions. Participants also cannot join a future intake to “make up” missed classes, as continuity is essential for group safety and dynamics. Worksheets for the missed week will still be provided.

Q4. How do I join?
Submit an application → a 10–15 minute screening call → confirmation and payment → welcome pack sent before Week 1.

Q5. What’s your cancellation/refund policy?
Because this is a small, closed support group that relies on continuity and emotional safety, fees are non-refundable once your place is confirmed. If you withdraw before the program starts, your spot cannot be transferred to another intake.
