Regulate. Reconnect. Reclaim. Rise.

A 4-Day, 3-Night Facilitated Intensive for Adults

Friday 6 November–Monday 9 November 2026
Johor Bahru, Malaysia
Limited to 12 participants

RE:TURN is an immersive four-day experience for adults who want to step away from routine and reconnect with their body, voice, emotions, personal power, and capacity for authentic connection.

This is a small, facilitated intensive—not a passive villa holiday. Across four days, we will combine guided learning, reflection, embodied practices, adult sexuality education, group process, rest, and meaningful time together.

You do not need to be partnered or have previous experience. What matters is curiosity, emotional responsibility, and respect for yourself and others.

The RE:TURN Framework

Regulate

Learn grounding, breath, self-compassion, and emotional-awareness practices that help you settle, notice, and respond to yourself with greater care.

Reconnect

Build more honest connection with yourself and others. Practise presence, listening, communication, and being witnessed in a respectful group.

Reclaim

Examine the beliefs, fears, shame, and old patterns that may have shaped your relationship with your body, boundaries, pleasure, and personal power. Create room for joy, movement, choice, and possibility.

Rise

Leave with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust. Consider how you want to live, relate, and move forward without allowing fear to define you.

What to Expect

Over four days, we will work with:

  • Self-worth, body confidence, and self-acceptance
  • Emotional awareness, grounding, and release
  • Communication, deep listening, and authentic connection
  • Consent, boundaries, choice, giving, and receiving
  • Sexual wellbeing, pleasure, and body awareness
  • Reflection, integration, and taking your learning home

The experience includes teaching, individual reflection, group discussion, paired and small-group exercises, and embodied practices.

Detailed programme information, participation expectations, and group agreements will be discussed with shortlisted applicants during the Zoom suitability conversation.

What Past Participants Said

“This event felt like stepping into a beautiful, chaotic, healing reality show — full of kind souls and life lessons. I learned that confidence doesn’t require nudity, and saying ‘no’ can be powerful and liberating. Consent and emotional release were major takeaways for me. Thank you for holding such a compassionate, transformative space.”  Brightly Abby, 21 May 2025

“This self love retreat hit the spot. A time to break free from the hustle and bustle of routine two dots, one line life(ie work and home).  A moment to disconnect with the identity that is necessary and get in touch with the authentic self.” – Anonymous, 15 May 2025

Suitable for Beginners

No previous retreat, sexuality-education, embodiment, or group-work experience is required.

The programme begins with foundations and offers choices around participation. You may come because you are new, curious, uncertain, rebuilding confidence, or ready to explore your relationship with yourself more deeply.
