This frank and honest book brings you into the inner world of a man, whether in the middle of an intimate encounter with a woman, or building a single wheel electric motorcycle, as he struggles to try and figure himself out. It’s raw, vulnerable, insightful and deep – or as I like to call it, real. I’ve read a lot of self-help books, but Hoffmann’s perspective is his own, is quite unique, and remarkably relatable. There are nuggets of wisdom woven throughout the book – all his. It would be valuable for relationship coaches and intimacy therapists alike.
This is a book by one man for other men (and those who love them), and is something that gives me a new appreciation of how we each possess the ability to face the tough challenges we all need to face, to stay with the ambiguity and the pain until the light of a new path presents itself.
