The experience of pain with sex, including vaginismus, can be overwhelming, and it might feel like your body is letting you down. It can be helpful to notice the relationship you currently have with your body and with sex, and to identify what you want and hope for. With your self-knowledge and intention setting, and my skills as a sexological bodyworker and erotic coach, together we can design a plan. This might include information and education, mapping out support networks, and planning a range of practical activities you can do by yourself, and/or with a partner, and/or in session with me. A key part of this work can be slowing down; finding and honouring your body’s pace, in a process of affirming sexual and bodily wellbeing.

Location: Sydney

In session you can expect an integration of talk-based approaches, traditional eastern practices such as embodiment, meditation and mindfulness, with the pioneering insights of neuroscience and somatic learning theory. You will have the opportunity to discuss, share, process, learn and feel as we work with a range of modalities, tools and frameworks.

These sessions are co-created and client led, you have the time and space to explore, heal, get curious and discover. I’m a big believer in learning by doing – at the end of each session I offer options for take home practices to implement everything we’ve worked through in session.

All people are welcome and respected, sessions are LGBTQIA+ inclusive and safe.

  1. Sexual desire: desire discrepancy (aka mismatched libido), changes in desire, sexual frequency concerns
  2. Individual inquiries: sexual confidence, dating confidence, sexual stress or anxiety, feeling more present during sex, orgasm concerns, anatomy & pleasure, eroticism & sexuality
  3. Relationship dynamics: Communication skills, Non Monogamy, building trust, creating safety, learning about each others needs, having better sex, exploring new things, boundaries & consent, expressing & voicing desires, relationship choices and dynamics
  4. Sexual Function: premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, pre-orgasmia, difficulties with orgasm & climax, performance anxiety
  5. Painful sex: Vaginismus, general pain and discomfort, fear of pain leading to anxiety around sex
  6. Trauma: a body-mind and somatic approach to working with trauma
