This cozy and interactive session will explore the trending concept of Cozymaxxing—intentionally curating a comforting environment to promote relaxation and emotional balance. We’ll discuss practical ways to introduce warmth, safety, and mindfulness into daily life while avoiding excessive escapism.
What if pleasure, relaxation, and well-being were all connected? Science says they are. The latest self-care trend, cozymaxxing, isn’t just about blankets and candles—it’s a powerful tool for reducing stress, boosting intimacy, and even enhancing sexual wellness. Research shows that intentional relaxation lowers cortisol (Dickerson & Kemeny, 2004), improves emotional resilience (McGonigal, 2015), and enhances sexual satisfaction (Brotto & Basson, 2014).
This session will dive deep into the neuroscience of comfort and pleasure, exploring how coziness can rewire your brain for calm, confidence, and connection. You’ll learn research-backed techniques to upgrade your self-care rituals, integrate sensual relaxation, and avoid the trap of overindulgence. Plus, experience a live guided cozymaxxing practice to melt away stress and reconnect with your body.
💡 What You’ll Learn:
✔ The science of coziness, pleasure, and intimacy—and why they matter
✔ How comfort rituals reduce anxiety and boost emotional regulation (Sapolsky, 2015)
✔ The connection between relaxation and sexual wellness—what research says
✔ Practical strategies to balance coziness with movement and connection
✔ A live guided practice to instantly shift your nervous system into rest-and-receive mode
If you’re feeling burnt out, disconnected, or just in need of some damn good self-care, this is your invitation to unwind, recharge, and reclaim pleasure as a necessity, not a luxury.
🔥 In understanding cozymaxxing and practising it in your daily life—your body and mind will thank you. 🔥
