Queer Laughter Yoga

Queer Laughter Yoga is a workshop designed to bring queer people together in a safe, inclusive, and joyful space. Through laughter, we will create connection, reduce stress, and increase self-love and acceptance. We will learn how to use laughter as a tool for self-care and healing. We will practice breathing exercises, laughter exercises, and guided meditations to help us relax and connect with ourselves and each other. Come join us for an evening of laughter, connection, and self-discovery!

Connect and Celebrate with Queer Laughter Yoga! In Laughter Yoga, we laugh because we can and for no reason! Through this return of childlike wonder and simple laughter exercises, we take back control of our bodies and lives – and infuse ourselves with lightness, fun, and positivity.

Laughter Yoga is a great way to wake up your body, start your day, and make new friends – all at the same time! This session will be facilitated by certified Laughter Yoga leader Dr. Martha Tara Lee. You will not be requiring yoga mats.
