Through three distinct circular areas, participants can choose to be still and honor the group, explore their own sensuality, or engage in consensual sexual touch with others. With non-judgmental facilitation, clear guidelines, and a warm, inviting atmosphere, this ritual allows you to celebrate your authentic sexual being. Limited spots available for an intimate gathering of up to 20 participants, so book now to embark on this empowering journey.

Outline:

  1. Introduction to The 3 Circles Ritual and its transformative nature
  2. Emphasis on self-discovery, self-acceptance, and boundary-setting
  3. Explanation of the three circular areas and their purpose: stillness, personal exploration, consensual sexual touch

What you can expect:

  5. Clothing optional event with nudity allowed
  6. Warm, inviting atmosphere with soft lighting and music
  7. Limited capacity for an intimate gathering of up to 20 participants

Requirements:

  1. Comfort with nudity and consensual sexual touch: Participants must be willing to be fully or partially nude and engage in consensual sexual touch during the ritual.
  2. Respect for boundaries, consent, diversity, and inclusion: Participants must understand and respect boundaries, obtain explicit consent, and engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  3. Awareness of privilege and power dynamics: Participants should examine their own privileges and biases, fostering an environment that challenges oppressive systems.
  4. Active consent and communication: Participants must prioritize active consent and effective communication, respecting boundaries and comfort levels.
  5. Willingness to address discrimination: Participants should be prepared to challenge and address discriminatory behavior, promoting accountability and maintaining a safe space for all attendees.

What to Bring:

  1. Come in comfortable clothing that allows movement and/ or facilitates your sensuality/ sexuality
  2. One Sarong and one towel OR two towels for sitting/ lying on
  3. Personal comfort items (cushions, sheets, oil/lube, toys, condoms)
  4. Water bottle

Facilitated by Dr. Martha Tara Lee

Dr. Martha Tara Lee has been a passionate advocate for positive sexuality since 2007. With a Doctorate in Human Sexuality and a Masters in Counseling, she launched Eros Coaching in 2009 to help individuals and couples lead self-actualised and pleasurable lives. Her expertise includes working with couples who have unconsummated marriage, individuals with sexual inhibitions and discrepancies in sexual desire, men with erection and ejaculation concerns, and members of the LGBTQIA+ and kink communities. Dr. Lee welcomes all sexual orientations and is available for online and face-to-face consultations. Martha speaks English and Mandarin.

She is the only certified sexuality educator by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) in the region (as of 2011) and is also an AASECT certified sexuality educator supervisor (as of 2018). She strives to provide fun, educational, and sex-positive events and is often cited in the media including Huffington PostNewsweek, South China Morning Post, and more. She is the appointed Resident Sexologist for Singapore Cancer Society, Of Noah.sgOfZoey.sg, and Virtus Fertility Centre. She is the host of radio show Eros Evolution for OMTimes Radio. In recognition of her work, she was named one of ‘Top 50 Inspiring Women under 40’ by Her World in July 2010, and one of ‘Top 100 Inspiring Women’ by CozyCot in March 2011. She is the author of Love, Sex and Everything In-Between (2013),  Orgasmic Yoga: Masturbation, Meditation and Everything In-Between (2015), From Princess to Queen: Heartbreaks, Heartgasms and Everything In-Between (2017), and {Un}Inhihibited (2019).
